Wayne joined Herrick in November 2008 and brings over 35 years of experience in shop detailing and steel fabrication. He has managed the global operations of two major 3D detailing companies and also worked as a member of the management team of Tekla Corporation’s Building & Construction unit, which is the creator and owner of Tekla Structures. Wayne is experienced in advanced project delivery methods such as CBA, Lean Construction, IPD, and BIM.
