Preconstruction

Herrick is currently working on a number of pre-construction and BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects throughout California. In fact, some members of our team have been working in a 3D environment on BIM projects since 1997.

Many of Herrick’s senior managers, project managers and project engineers have received training and are experienced in the latest 3D modeling platforms, advanced decision making processes (CBA), advanced model based budgeting, integrated project delivery (IPD), LEED and ‘Lean Construction’ techniques.

Numerous members of our project management team are currently assigned to projects that employee these processes, working closely with the project teams to improve the value and design efficiency of each individual building through innovation in design, fabrication and construction.
