Shanteria earned her Project Management Certification from the University of Phoenix in 2017. Since then, she has worked as a Project Manager for two reputable structural steel fabricators in Southern California. During her tenure, she gained experience in various areas such as fabrication and erection, material procurement, scheduling, collaboration, conflict resolution, change order management, and LEED. Shanteria joined Herrick as a Sales Manager in November 2023.
