Lee began his career in the steel industry in 1978 as an apprentice on the shop floor. He has gained over 45 years of experience in shop fabrication, estimating, and project management. In April 1999, he joined Herrick as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager in January 2009. In November 2023, he was promoted to Vice President.
