Erin Billingsley

Vice President

Erin started her career in the construction industry in 1997, working in credit and collections for a large concrete company. In 1999, she joined Herrick as a temporary employee in the Accounting Department. After being hired full-time, she worked her way up from Accounts Payable Clerk to Staff Accountant to Purchasing Agent, to Manager of Procurement and Inclusion. In August of 2026, she was promoted to Vice President.  She is a board member of the CA Chapter of the Association of Women in the Metal Industries, where she currently serves as the Membership Co-Chair.
