Erin Billingsley

Manager of Procurement and Inclusion

Erin started her career in the construction industry in 1997, working in credit and collections for a large concrete company. In 1999, she joined Herrick as a temporary employee in the Accounting Department. After being hired full-time, she worked her way up from Accounts Payable Clerk to Staff Accountant to Purchasing Agent. In February 2022, she was promoted to Manager of Procurement and Inclusion. In her current role, Erin also focuses on creating opportunities for disadvantaged business subcontractors. She is an active member of the CA Chapter of the Association of Women in the Metal Industry, where she currently serves as the Co-Chair.
