Darrin’s career in structural steel began by sweeping the floors of his father’s fabrication shop. After graduating, he spent over a decade working with the family business, starting in the shop and eventually managing projects from initiation to completion. This practical experience has cultivated a “builder” mentality that he still possesses today. Now, with years of technical development, he has a unique perspective on the challenges of modern-day construction.
