Maintenance Mechanic

Herrick Steel, a leading steel fabrication company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. Candidates must have relevant education and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
• Maintain and operate hydraulic systems and CNC machinery
• Assist with the upkeep of welding equipment (experience a plus)

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and welding equipment is preferred
• Technical training or vocational certification is a plus
